Opinions on Baxi DuoTec (Mk2) 40 GA please?

Thinking of installing a Baxi DuoTec (Mk2) 40 GA... Have read various negative reviews on here of the new Baxis, but was wondering if anyone actually has anything positive to say about them?!

Flow-rate seems very good for the 40kW version (16 l/min?) to run separate shower and bath, plus supply an en-suite. Might otherwise be over-powered though.

More importantly, is their 5-year extended warranty any good?! (Registered before end of March 2012).

Threads on here seem to suggest avoiding early models with 11 in the serial number (gas valve problems?).

Anyone got any idea of the cheapest price around?
