Outside Lighting PIR Operated

by simondatws » Tue Mar 06, 2007 1:28 pm

I have three outdoor wall mounted lights, the one furthest from the front door has the PIR. This light also has the wires from the indoor switch to it and one other black wire. The other two lights have one set of wires L,N,E to them and operate with the PIR light is triggered. I now want to change the light with the PIR to the one nearst the door. How can I acheive this? All the wiring is enclosed in the walls.

you would need to put a new switch in by the front door, or conduit the existing wire across the outside wall to the door light, then wire up as it is currently
