Can anyone help. Have an outside RCD socket fed from internal socket other side of wall. All internal sockets on this ring working properly, however, the outside socket isn't. Have tested and there is a voltage at the out socket but the RCD has tripped and won't reset. Can't see any other problems. Any ideas? Hex

If it wont reset with nothing plugged into it ,youmay have a bad earth to it
They will not reset if earth resistance is high or no earth connection at all.
Is there volage live to earth as well as live to neutral
