any idea how the panels fixed theres 8 brackets under the outer edge of bath how do you tighten when the panels in??

Please provide a better "word picture". I can't visualise what you are talking about.

With mine - you dont, the brackets along the top hold the panel in place, you should have 2 L shaped brackets that scre to the floor then the bath panel will scrw to these with caps covering the screws.
