paint for mdf doors

Hi all
I would like to use mdf doors on a small cuboard outside,But with the weather being so hot in the summer and wet in the winter is there a paint that I can use that will seal it completly and stop it from swelling.

Primer,undercoat an at least 1 full coat of gloss even on the top and bottom.
