Paint removal from UPVC window frames

Hi - can anyone recommend a product to remove spray paint from upvc window frames?
I have tried a pan scourer - not only does it scratch the frames but it took me an hour or so to clean off about 10 inches and I have a 5 foot window frame to do!

Hi. Home Strip paint and varnish remover will remove it without damaging the UPVC. It is totally safe and solvent free.
