We have bought a holiday home in Spain, which needed alot of renovation. We have newley rendered the outside of the house with Mortero Fino Blanco, what is the best paint to use to ensure that the house is waterproof and free from mould. We have heard of special waterproof paint - is this necessary, and if so how should we decide what's the best way forward?
