Painting a stripped wall
I have stripped wallpaper from a previously painted wall. The paper was a pig to remove and it has lifted areas of paint from the wall in quite a few areas, some big but most small. what's best? skim with fine surface filler, rub down and paint (grey emulsion) or fine surface filler, rub down, line with paper and then paint?
Re: Painting a stripped wall
Skim with fine surface filler, rub down and paint as it will harm your paint less then second option
