Hi,
I have recently had my ceiling skimmed to cover some dodgy artex, we left it for about aweek before we did anything to it and then applied a watered down undercoat of matt emulsion. We have since applied two further coats of paint, however, there is one particular area of the ceiling where we can't get a nice finish and when the paint has dried it just goes really patchy and looks quite rough!
Do you think another coat of paint will correct this. Would appreciate any suggestions.
