Painting Stripes on a plain wall.

What is the best way to create stripes using emulsion on a wall?

Do you mean nice neat stripes. If so paint your wall then mark your stripes and stick low tack masking tape on the marks. Paint your stripes on and when dry remove tour masking tape.
