Parish council objecting to plans

by HT9 » Sun Apr 08, 2012 3:39 pm

Hi,
We have put plans in for an extension and the parish council have objected - the plans publicity date ends next week. Does anyone know if this will sway the council's decision? Tried to find information all over the internet but cant!!
Thanks in advance!

they have to state what they oppose,it might just be 1 window or minor problem, arrange a meeting to discuss the objection in detail.

The Parish Council have very limited powers and it is highly unlikely that they will influence the outcome of your planning application (I am an ex-planning officer).
