pARTY WALL AGREEMENT
I have recently completed a loft conversion on a semi detached house. I have talked to my neighbours about it before, during and after and no complaints were received. I spoke to a solicitor before doing the work who advised me to get a letter sent but said you dont have to do that so I didnt to save a bit of money. 2 months after completion a small leak appeared in the roof and into the neighbours house. I had it fixed once and it leaked again then I had it fixed again an dhopefully sorted the probelm. The conversion went from party wall to other boundary of house and valley was constructed on neighbours side. Do they have any comeback after 6 months of woork being completed? no complaints were received whilst work was being done. THanks for any advice or help.
