Patio Slabs

Post by saaitk » Sun Mar 16, 2008 2:59 pm

I have just moved into a house which has been empty for some time. The slabs on the patio are green and very slippery when wet. I assume thta this is some form of algae. What is the best way to remove this and clean the slabs up?

If you dont have a pressure washer, another method is to wash them with Jeyes Fluid. You may have to use a stiff brush or a deck scrubber, which can be hard work if you have a lot of slabs to wash.
