Pebbles in concrete
We have a raised manhole in the garden which is surrounded by concrete. On top of the manhole I keep a large wooden tub, filled with plants to hide the manhole lid. I would like to set pebbles into the concrete part, but when my husband tried to do this for me, they fell off after only a few months. What mixture does he need to use please?
