Pebbles in concrete
We have a raised concrete area around a manhole cover in our garden. I want to hide the concrete a bit by putting some pebbles in the concrete. What mix do I need for this? Do I need to do anything to the old concrete first? My husband did what he thought was right one spring, but most of the pebbles fell off before the summer was out! Thanks for any help.
Re: Pebbles in concrete
you need to paint pva on the area first ,then use a mix of 3:1 sand and cement to bed the stones in.Coat each pebble with the pva before setting it in the mortar
Re: Pebbles in concrete
