Trustmark and the NHIC
planning application refused
i have jst had my second planning application refused.the reason being that my ground floor rear extention , by virtue of its depth would encroach withinin 45 degrees of the ground floor rear window of my neighbour along with its height woul lead to an unreasonable degree of overbearance ,overshadowing and loss of privacy! my neighbour would like this wall erected so they could build from it.aready in place is a 7ft hedge which we both want down and we are south facing!are the council being unreasonable as i am appealing. any info will be a help many thanks deanna
