Hi new to the forum and just wanted to check a few items for my build. i've got a 3-bed semi-detatched which i am looking to extend.
i've got a permitted development approval for loft-conversion with dormer and gable end and also prior notification approval for a 6m rear extension.
i've also got approved planning permission to build a double storey side extension; the plans for this didn't show the gable end, dormer or 6m - at the time we submitted those parts hadn't been built or approved.
Wanted to check if there would be any issues to build the plannig permission part of the build (i.e the dbl storey)? I imagine not because all the individual elements have already been approved and my architect has confirmed this as well but just wanted to double check if anyone one on here knew as well.
