plasterboard jointing
one small question is the tape used for plasterboard joints self adesive (do i have to wet it) or use a adesive
Hi Bateman
Use self adhesive scrim tape straight from the roll - couldn't be easier Just position it centrally over the joints and smooth it down as you apply it The non adhesive tape has to be stuck to the boards using either a jointing filler or plaster - more mess - more work - more hassle Good luck and hope that this info helps you
