Plasterers sand for paving?

by Capn Rhodes » Sun Sep 08, 2013 10:01 am

I have had my house newly rendered and have about half the sand ordered left over (about 5 tons). As I need to lay a concrete path to the perimeter of the building for water run-off, can I use the sand in a concrete mix for this job and if so what mix should it be? Thanks in anticipation. Capn Rhodes.

you need gravel to mix in half an half, and a mix of 1 cement to 6 sand n gravel mix
