plastering over artex
hi i moved into my house recently done all the rooms now onto the front room it has awful diy artex really patchy i was wondering if you can plaster over artex or would it be better ripping the ceiling down and reboarding any help will be greatly appreciated
You can plaster over artex, its abit harder but it can be done, and it's easier that ripping a whole cieling down and starting fresh, Dont sand it down as it might have asbestos in it, Also you can buy a remover it's like a paint but it cost abit.
If you want to remove the artex go to the project called artex removal and plastering on the website
