Please Help my Hotpoint Dishwasher is sparkin and Popping

Please help i have a hotpoint dishwasher that runs ok till halfway through then it starts to pop as i like the cycle continue the popping gets worse. I normally turn it off and continue the dishes by hand, but the other day i let it run through and it started to spark. So i have not used it since. the dishes seem clean but the water is not emptying or the dishes are not getting dry please help.

Unless the dishwasher is relatively new you may as well replace it with new. By the time you have paid for a repair man plus parts it is not economic.
