PLEASE PLEASE HELP WITH MY PROBLEM

:( I have a 3 bed semi,ive recently had full damp proof,and ashfelt floors,
new guttering,and external pipe work from the bathroom changed as they were old and needed replacing. Outside my home there are wet patches,that start half way down the side of the house around to the front half around the bay window,some of the wetness as come through to the inside hall way,its frustating as i cannot find the cause,my next doors dont have this problem
there is a slight slope running down to my home and i have two inspection chambers plus a water meter in my garden..
can anyone give a little advice please..

Brick or stone pebbledash etc ??? need more information
