Plughole replacement Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

I have a Belfast Sink in my kitchen with a leak around the plughole. I am looking for advice on whether to replace the plughole, try and fix the leak with sealant or will the sink need replacing all together? Thanks in advance :)
