will fitting elbows in my new pipework reduce the flow to my shower?

depends on length of pipe run & how many elbows. It`s better to bring the water supply to as near as possible to the shower in 22mm before reducing it to 15mm and use as few elbows as you can. Preferably use a pipe bender or one of the plastic pipes that are on the market ( acorn or one of those ).
