hi nthere i am about 2 start painting a new house..it has been drylined inside and has been dry for about 3 months....the owner wants me to polybond the walls and ceilings....but i think there is no need as the wall and ceiling are sound ...is there any advantage in polybonding them and is there any disadvantages also any tip when painting new walls
