Potterton Performa - No Central Heating but Hot water

I have a potterton performa 24 combi boiler. I had a problem where the boiler was constantly staying on. I drained the system and blead all the pipes and try to start it up and now have no central heating at all.
I have since cleaned out the heat exchanger and the timer doesn't do anything if on constant or on a timer?
Please help....
