Have you got a white platic key for the boiler ?

If yes follow your boiler manual to show you how to re-pressurise

If no are there 2 valves capped off - on the pipework near the boiler - or 2 valves connected with a silver braided hose ? if yes turn the valve so it is inline with the pipe - re-pressurise to 1.0 - 1.5 bar then turn valve so it is off - vent upstairs re pressurise if needed.

Hope this helps
