Does pressure rise when the heating is on ? could be expansion vessel

does pressure rise when heating is off ? could be plate heat-ex

does the pressure relief valve, discharge pipe have any water coming from it ? it could be passing.

are there any leaks on radiators, pipework, or are any of the pipes feeding the radiators buried in concrete or under the floor where it could be leaking but not seen ?
