Price for clearing blocked pipe

Hi

I have a blocked pipe in my fully tiled bathroom that prevents water from draining from the shower. I have obtained a wide variety of quotes and has anyone any suggestions on what should I expect to be charged for clearing a blockage?

Suggest you find someone reliable and get this work done on a time and materials basis. The problem could be anywhere in the pipe from the shower so unless the bathroom was installed with an access point into this pipe you may be facing floor up or ceiling down (if a first floor bathroom)

Have you tired plughole unblocker, available from all good hardware shops?

Call your plumber to fix the blocked pipe and try to use the traditional sink plunger to remove the grease or any debris that is present.
