Quick precast concrete pier question

Hello all,

Does anyone know where I can actually buy the type of precast concrete pier that has a crosss cut intot the top of it to allow decking joists to rest across them. They look a bit like a Phillips screw on the top. I'm having real trouble tracking some down.
