    Radial circuit

    Is it ok to run a radial circuit to a double socket (only a short distance 2m ) taking it from an existing ring circuit on the consumer unit.
    Can 2 circuits be protected by one 32A MCB ?

    This is fine, But it wouldn't be a radial circuit as you can not add to it again. It's just spuring from the ringmain. You may not spur from a spur.
