radiator cold

I have worcester9.24. Working well. But 1 radiator in the 1 room is cold. all other radiators are working.. One pipe coming into the radiator from the floor is hot but whole radiator is clod. Any solutions

Valve is stuck shut prolly a Trv.Tap valve body with a hammer with the head off and /or pul pin up 2-3mm

how do I take the head of the TRV off? Its a Drayton TRV . i tried unscrewing it but no avail thanks

Is the radiator full of water ?

TRV fitted ? follow advice from steve the gas.

Cheers Htg,

There is a ring below the head, this needs unscrewing to reveal the pin.( pair of pump grips/pliers)
