Radiator Heats up When hot Water Running With Baxi Duotec 28HE Combi

any help appreciated.
Baxi duotec 28he a combi
Turn on hot water and first radiator heats up. (hot water temp seems ok)
Replaced diverter valve cartridge today problem still exists
Last year heat exchanger and expansion tank replaced.
