recomendation for builders in the SW16 area

Hi All..

been somewhat of a lurker to the forums, gaining lots of assistance with my DIY.

However i'm at a stage where i think i might need a more skilled hand to get the end results i'm after.

I'm looking for any recommendation for a local builder in the SW16 area.
The sort of tasks i need doing are to do with stud walls / dry lining.
Skirting boards, plastering (and repairs to lave plaster that is damaged).

The whole house needs redoing and we are trying to do one room at a time.
So there is plenty of chance for repeat work.

Would also be very appreciative if the person would also be pacient enough to give me a little help with my DIY skills.
