I have a Whirlpool ED22TE model side by side. It is running, but no longer refridgerates or freezes.
Your suggestions and comments are welcomed.

    kathysierra,
If you can hear the motor running the most likely problem is that the refrigerant has leaked out. Time to call out a refrigeration engineer or replace the whole thing.

Is your refrigerator a new one? If so, you can seek help from the supplier or if the warranty exceeds, call a refrigerator repairs expert.
