removing paint off patterned glazed ceramic tiles

Hi,

Have read previous post regarding removing paint from ceramic tiles, however, i'd like to know if this would be ok for patterned tiles?

Won't the home strip remove or scratch the glaze on the tile??

Any further assistance will be appreciated
