Removing plaster stains from tiles

Post by clf » Mon Dec 31, 2007 1:44 pm

Hi
I've recently had some wall plastering done, but despite covering the tiled floor in sheets, some tiles still ended up with bits of plaster stuck to them. I've scrubbed the tiles and removed most of it, but the plaster has worked its way into the natural grooves in the tiles.

Is there anything I could use to disolve it, or am I stuck with the stains forever?

Would appreciate any helpful tips.

Many Thanks

i assume the tiles are natural stone,if so have they been sealed in the past if not you may have to live with it
you can buy solvents from tile shops for this problem nipp along if possible a sample of tile or photo and they should help
plaster normallys comes away when washed so keep washing until you get solvent
