Render on Glass

Hi,

Wonder whether anyone can help. Our builders (now sacked) have left large blobs of external render all over our new glass doors. This has set hard and I am having difficulty removing it. I am obviousloy keen not to scratch the glass.

Does anyone have any suggestions as I can't afford to replace 3 glass panels.
