I have an alpine render, manufactured by snowcem, on outside of house, probably been there about 10+ years and has stains in large areas and requires maintenance. Large red type stains, dust on it which turns yellowish when rubbed down also algae stains etc.?.
I have been told not to paint it just pressure wash, also been told to paint it. Can it be painted, will paint flake or deteriorate and therefore need repainting every 3-4 years.
Apart from staining still in very good condition.
Any advice would be useful. :?
