I need to repaint over the external rubber sealant that holds in my windows as the paint is cracked, flaky and fallen away in places. I am a bit flummoxed about 1. what paint will be ok to cover the sealant, 2. do i have to remove all the paint and if i do 3 how? :?
My windows look really scruffy and the neighbours are goingto start complaining soon!
