I am decorating a bedroom whereby I have had the chimmey breast and fitted wardrobe either side removed. In parts of the ceiling whereby the removal has taken place I am left with a unevenness. I have rubbed it down with sandpaper but still no joy. It looks as if there is some form of seam there.
It stands out like a sore thumb almost shines at you, in spite of the ceiling having had two coats of paint.
