Replacement boiler spec

My boiler has just conked out. I have an old one bedroom flat with kitchen, bathroom and living-room with 4 radiators. The boiler is on the wall above the worktop in the kitchen on the front wall close to the window.

I now need to get a new boiler and because I am unemployed at present I want a cheap one that heats my water and radiators.

What system should I get and how much will it cost to buy and install?
