Replacing bottom fill inlet valve and what tool to use

HI

Need to replace bottom fill inlet valve. Looks fairly easy but I'm going to struggle to loosen the plastic nut on the bottom of the shank that's inset. Any ideas what tool I could use? No to for a spanner - see pic. Any help appreciated
