Replacing handles on double glazed windows

Does anyone know if it is possible / easy to do this? I have a variety of handles on our windows and wanted to replace them so they match and therefore only have one key. Also some of them are a little delapidated so a refresh would help!

goto ebay for hanles they are cheap there i have my own company and find handles on ebay cheaper thn from a supplier
