replacing kitchen taps

Just fitted some new kitchen taps to replace old ones, turned water back on and now have water dripping from both water suppy hoses where it conects to the bottom of the taps - help damsel in distress what am i doing wrong.

Check there's O rings on the flexible tails, they'll probably just need tightening slightly
