Roll top bath against wall with shower over

Hi there,

I was hoping someone might advise?

I'm in rented accomm' so I can't change much, but I currently have a roll top bath against a wall with a shower over. Initially I tacked a short shower curtain to the wall to avoid water going behind and under the bath when the showers in use, but it looks horrible.

I was wondering if there's any 'V' shaped strips I could buy and put in between the wall and the roll top part of the bath, as a less unsightly alternative?
