roof help please

Hi I have a roof which has a box profile tin roof on it but minimum rockwall insulation,it has no roof space to re insulate either.So I was thinking can we put these insulation boards straight on top and then go over it with the resin tile sheets that they use on mobile homes? The pitch is very low so a conventional roof is not an option for weight and leaking reasons.This is on my house so it needs some proper insulation added,can you please advise me as to a good method? I will send you some measurements next email.
