Router query

Hi all,
I have been given an Einhell RT-RO55, Router for Xmas. I`ve never used one before and I suppose it is an entry level tool. I wanted to knock up a router table, but on trying the router a couple of times, it does`nt seem to have the facility to lock the power on, so how would I be able to mount the tool upside down, and keep the power going?. Any help appreciated, cheers.cresser.
