Post by foxpoo » Fri Oct 31, 2008 6:15 pm

can anyone tell me if my intended, ideal evo c22/30 combi boiler will run a shower with decent pressure? it will be on the same floor as the boiler and i have good mains pressure. my plumber can't give me a positive answer!

Modern combi's should always give good results with mixer showers. The boiler you mention, provided the mains water supply is up to it, will give a flow rate of 12 ltrs/ min given a 35 deg temp rise. Check the tech data of any shower you like to see if that is a suitable flow rate.
