Safe removal of old gas meter cupboard steel pipe remaining after new meter fitted outside (you can see pipe going through the wall in photo).
Actually, I vaguely recall that I thought this was the output??
I have NG engineer coming to check it isn't live but that will be both intrusive & inconvenient & I prefer to do it myself. ie. Uncap, having valve handle in place.
